Important News from the Landscapes Gallery

As some of you may already know, we will be closing the Landscapes Gallery on August 21, 2013 after 4 years here on Melville St.

The good news is that most of the same services will still be available, and it is only the full-time “bricks and mortar” aspect of my photography that we are letting go. I will continue to run my stall at Salamanca Market every Saturday in Hobart, so please make sure to come and say hello there from now on.

By lessening my obligations time-wise at the Gallery I hope to spend more time in the field – either running my Tasmanian Photography Tours & Workshops or simply enjoying a hike and a shoot in order to grow my collection of images which admittedly has stalled a little lately.

Midori & I would like to sincerely thank all those who have made the gallery a success over the past 4 years and urge you to visit (and “like”) my Facebook page for regular updates on my travels, workshops and new images. It has been a joy meeting you all and sharing your interest in photography and we hope we have contributed a nice splash of colour to the Hobart CBD and provided something interesting to look at over the past few years.

We are excited about the next step after the gallery and look forward to continuing to meet people both online and at Salamanca Market, or wherever else our paths may cross 🙂

Luke & Midori
