MONA Hobart: The Red Queen Exhibition

The Red Queen is the current exhibition at Hobart’s world beating museum and art gallery, MONA (the Museum of Old & New Art). The Red Queen is a reference to the Lewis Carroll classic “Through the Looking Glass” and the exhibition runs until April 21, 2014. Please forgive the lack of writing today and feel free to flick through the pics at your leisure (as usual click for larger view).

MONA

MONA, Hobart – just be careful you don’t park in someone else’s spot…

Getting to MONA

MONA is in Berriedale, just 15 minutes out of central Hobart. Access is very easy due to the fleet of Mona Roma busses and ferries. Catching public transport is a very good idea as the site includes a winery and brewery. Be aware however, the beer is famously “Not Suitable for Bogans” 😉
