Visit some of Tasmania’s most spectacular forested areas in a single day outing from Hobart. Enjoy the cool greenness of Tasmania’s cool temperate rainforest and marvel at some of the biggest trees in the world. View beautiful waterfalls and cascading streams and take time out in this ancient environment.

Bring: Camera & Tripod; Wet weather gear (for yourself and for your camera); good shoes; water/snacks.
Tour note: We will be on well formed tracks and not undertaking strenous walking, so bring as much as you are happy to carry. The emphasis is on soaking up the forest environment, so we will stop and photograph waterfalls, cascading creeks, and the beautiful details within the forest landscape.
Driving Times: Just over 1 hour from Hobart to Mt Field National Park; Approx 40 minutes from Mt Field to the Styx Valley.
Optional Sunset Shoot in Hobart: $50.00 per person. Time will depend on Sunset times for the date of the tour. Time will be arranged upon Hobart drop off at 5:00pm. Sunset in summer is generally after 8:00 from November to February in Tasmania, so there will be plenty of time for dinner between the Day Tour and the Sunset shoot.
