Photography Workshops Tasmania
Photography Workshops Tasmania ~ Join Tasmanian landscape photographer Luke O’Brien for 1-day or multi-day trips around Australia’s Island State. For full details including itinerary and price, follow the links below.
Mt Field & Styx Valley (1 day): Winter and spring are arguably the most spectacular time to photograph Tasmania. If you like lush green rainforest and waterfalls, then the next few months are a perfect time to join me on a day trip to Mt Field National Park & the Styx Valley.
Bay of Fires & Freycinet National Park (4 days): Four days on Tasmania’s sunny east coast, based in St Helens. We will shoot sunrise and sunset in multiple locations in the Bay of Fires, as well as exploring further afield in locations such as St Columba Falls and the Freycinet National Park. The area around St Columba Falls contains beautiful rainforest, and Freycinet is home to the stunning Wineglass Bay and Hazards. Full details click here.
Cradle Mountain (4 days): Cradle Mountain is one of the most sought after photography locations in Tasmania. The iconic shape of the mountain and the beauty of Dove Lake at the foot of the mountain make for enormous photographic potential. In winter the mountain is likely to be snow covered, and the rainforests will be lush and wet making for interesting landscape and macro opportunities. We will also look for wildlife in the dusk. My Cradle Mountain Photography Workshops run for 4 days and include sunrise, sunset and night sky sessions, a Tasmanian Devil Park and waterfalls.
