Fungi photography event at Corinna

I am teaming up with the fine folk at Corinna for a fungi photography event in May/June this year.

I will be offering fungi photography tuition sessions on the tracks around Corinna during a three night stay, arriving May 31.

All the bookings etc are available through Corinna directly, and unlike my regular autumn Tarkine photography workshop, the event does not include transport – guests should plan on making their own way to and from Corinna.

Tarkine Fungi Photography Workshop

During the few days away you can expect to learn lots about your camera including manual settings, focus techniques and composition ideas. We will spend some time during the event to discuss image editing techniques too.

The Tarkine region is an absolute paradise for fungi photographers, and Corinna makes for a great base as we have comfortable rooms, a fully stocked restaurant and bar, and numerous tracks bursting with fungi just a short walk or a short drive away.

Suggested items to bring: camera including smartphone, macro lens (and other lenses for non-fungi related shots!), rain-pants and rain jacket, warm clothing, laptop for editing.

Fitness level: no specific fitness level required. Our goal is to spend maximum time searching out and photographing fungi, and we won’t undertake long/strenuous hikes to do so.

Contact me with any questions.

Please contact me if you have any questions about the event, and when you are ready to book please head to the booking page on Corinna’s website.

I look forward to seeing you in May!
