My Hobart and Surrounds photography workshop is a beginner level session which includes a waterfall shoot on Mt Wellington followed by a  sunset session on Hobart’s eastern shore.

Discuss tips and tricks for shooting waterfalls such as long exposure methods, which filters are best and ideas for eye catching compositions.

I have adjusted the format of the workshop a little with the main change being that there is no longer a minimum of two participants required for me to schedule a workshop. This means that – subject to my own availability – the workshop will be scheduled and run as a private One on One session if no other participants are available on that same day.

During the sunset session we will discuss the importance of composition, the use of filters and of course the fine points of exposure.

START TIME: Around 3 hours prior to sunset, finishing around 30 minutes after sunset

NOTE: Self drive workshop, transport not included/provided

SUITABLE FOR: Beginner to Intermediate. DSLR and mirrorless users of all brands – Canon, Nikon, Pentax, Olympus and Sony users are all welcome
